2x 20 Giant Rats, 4 packmasters

7x Gutter Runners w/ Slings

30x Plague Monks, FC

1x Hellpit

2x Warp-lightning cannons.

With the points left over you could put the Ironcurse back on the plague priest. I would be much more scared of this list as 1x Abom, 2x cannon is a scary staredown.

I have everything in my list besides the abominations, and the plaguemonks
i would like to include a warp lightning cannon in my list because they look pretty awesome and i have heard good things about them

Don't forget about Jezzails. Even though they rank up now, St 6, -4 save is something that has to be dealt with. Try to fit a 10 man unit in if you can. Two ranks of five and they all can shoot. However they are a little fragile if too far from general.

You make an omelet without breaking a few eggs! The egg is your wallet.

You could convert some up without much effort. I'm sure you'll have shields and rats leftover. It wouldn't take much to get the rifle bit. Maybe even just some 40k sniper rifles with a little bit of conversion.
