So this is my first Dark Eldar list and yeah tell me what you think

Let me start off by saying intresting choice to go DE with your first army. While I haven't played them myself yet, I have built several list that I feel I would want to play to get the feel for the army. Here is the one I would recommend for someone wanting to get into the army, not because it's mix of what the army can do (the vibe i got from your list), but because it's some of the best elements of the army in my opinion.

and Lilith is a good hq.

I think this would be the list I would take for building out my initial DE build. This build would do good against mech list in general, and then has a good clean up with the wracks and wyches aganst Marine equivalent armor. It might even do a good job against horde army list (read orc and nids) because of the possible 46 shots that would be wounding on a 4+ against everything.

If I were playing it, here is how I would run it. Run around people and shoot them.

If you are looking for a starting place, you will need transports. Lots of them. Whether you go with venoms or raiders is really up to how you build your list. There isn't a list out there that wont require atleast 5 or 6 of these minimum though.

Thats kinda the power of the DE, they can be decent in both roles. I'll probably never say great at them because they still suffer from being a 5+ armor and FA 10 army. Bdix's list would produce 11 DL, 1 HL, and a whopping 150+ poison shots.

I think that ether list would be solid for a build.

Yeah i know i need lots of transports i just dont have enough money to buy all of them right now, i was thinking of picking up another raider at tse this saturday when i pick up my haemonculus and my wracks, is the razorwing jetfighter good?

It's a cool model. You could model it as a voidraven, which I think is a good heavy slot.
