Blood angels drop list

I need to know if I'm going in the right way with either of these lists any advice would be great.

the only thing I saw that I like to do is to move your librian to a opathcary. On your assault marines drop the meltas and have hand flamers and inferno pistols. That will give you 2 extra attcks on the charge. Then toss power fist onthe serg. Also how are you going to handle caputer location. You can bounce around with 12' move yes, but how are you going to hold what you have. Everything is for attack. Maybe drop one VV put a TS with missle launcher and heavy bolter or melta. Another thing is that you VV is way under powered. I run them 5 guys with dual LC and 2 guys with hammer and shield. That way I can drop in smash a tank or smash a squad to bits. This is just how I run my blood angle army.
