Here is the paintjob of my Necron army. I have yet to work on the Monolith, and I'm not really certain I want to use the same scheme anyway. I'm thinking about maybe making it less uniform.
It's a pretty simple job. I didn't even primer the models. I used a base of latex metallic silver, I've forgotten the brands, and then I washed it with red-ink thinned with water of course. After that, some green for some of the highlights and tubing for the guns, and blue for any un-covered eyes and the chest symbol.
Obviously they're not done. I still have some detail work to do on them, but I think they look pretty good for such a simple paintjob. Not sure what colors to paint the new members of my army as I add them. Suggestions? obviously silver has to come into play somehow.

Pariah. I lost about 6 of these guys in my move up here some time ago. Don't have enough to field.
Out of focus Flayed One. He just did NOT want his picture taken. i tried half a dozen times.
A slightly shy Wraith. Also not very photogenic.
The warrior was so ugly the camera simply couldn't autofocus.
