| After 1 practice game here's what I'm feeling: Chaos Space Marines Hq - Lord - MoK, Juggernaut, axe of blinding - 145 Hq - Typhus - 230 Troops - 20 Zombies x4 - 320 FA - 10 Bikes, MoK, 2 Plas, PF - 285 FA - 2 helldrakes w/baleflamers - 340 Hq - Necron Overlord, barge, mindshackle scarabs, war scythe - 195 Troops - Necron Warriors, night scythe x2 - 330
Total 1845
To get to 2k throw in two MoN Oblits.

| I'm just not sure about the bikes.
I'll be interested to see how the units of 20 zombies do for you. I suppose as long as they last through 2 rounds of combat you'll be fine. IG would be my fear.

| So I'm thinking about the following:
CSM: Typhus
2x24 Zombies
2x7 Plague Marines w/ 2 Plasma Guns
Heldrake
Heldrake with Bale Flamer
Daemons: Herald of Tzeentch on Chariot
10 Plaguebearers
9 Screamers
9 Flamers
I'd prefer to take 2 Bale Flamers, but I'm worried about the inevitable Flying Circus List. In truth I'm not sure that one Heldrake is going to cut it, so I might wind up going to 2 Bale Flamers and just dealing with the consequences. Though, in truth, the Flamers should do a fine job of annihilating everything that the Bale Flamers do. Food for thought. | |

| Personally I like the bikes, they're dirt cheap for what you're getting. CSM Bikes are 5 points cheaper than Swiftclaw Bikers, which is a great deal. Though I'd rather see them run with MoS and Icon of Excess. T5 I5 FNP, is very appealing. | |

Typhus Khorne Lord: Juggernaut, Sigil of Corruption, Axe of Blind Fury, Mark of Khorne
3 squads of 18 Plague Zombies
2 Heldrakes with Bale Flamer
4X Chaos Spawn- Mark of Khorne
Daemons
HQs
Tzeentch Herald: We are Legion, Master of Sorcery, Bolt of Tzeentch, Chariot
Troops
2X7 Plague Bearers
6 Fiends w/ Unholy Might
9X Screamers
Total: 1849
It has 3 very fast threats in the fiends, screamers, and spawn. The spawn are a delivery vehicle for the Khorne Lord. He has 9-13 Str 6 AP2 attacks on the charge. The spawn and Lord ignore terrain, move 12" a turn, and can re-roll the charge distance. Screamers and Fiends are super fast and hit like trucks if they don't get shot to death. I'm unsure of the survivability of the Fiends. At 2000, I might go to Bloodcrushers instead and switch the Herald of Tzeentch for Skulltaker on a Juggernaut. | |

| I like it. It's very point efficient with plenty of the stuff that's dirty in 6th. I'm thinking you may need bigger groups of zombies as you mentioned to me, but we'll prolly have to playtest that and see.

| Since PhantomPhoenix threw up a list today, I'm inspired to throw up my latest thoughts.
Monkey has talked me out of the bikes and into the chaos spawn. They are a giant wound sink for the chaos lord on a juggernaut who's bringing the pain. It also frees up some points.
Instead of Oblits to get to 2000, I'm now thinking a doom scythe might be the way to go. That death ray could be the surgeons tool it takes to win some games. I need to go reread the faq's on it though.
This leaves me 75 points or so at 1850. Any thoughts as to what all I should add to fill that void with filth?
