I really like the list. It appears, on the surface, to have everything. You have excellent offensive and defensive magic abilities, multiple fighting units that can put the hurt on anyone they touch, alot of shooting for a chaos army, and fluff. If I had to change one thing, I would drop one of the warshrines and add 4 more warriors and 1 more knight so that you can run both units 6 wide instead of 5.
