| Ok guys, heres a link to the rules PDF:
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B-S9Xw7kxx_dMTEwNzIwZDktMzExMy00NGY4LWE5NjctOTcwNjgyMzY2MDEw
My ultimate goal is to playtest/FAQ/Errata the document for 2 weeks and start on 2/23 and run through 4/26.
Let me know if anything needs to be tweaked or is unclear. I used a stripped down version of the General's Compendium in effort to keep our first foray simple.
Thanks!

| That looks fun enough that I may have to put together an army | |

| I love it. It is well thought out, and seems fairly fluid. One question, where do we get our banners? | |

| The set has some flags, but I'm making my own. I was going to buy warmaster models, but GW is 5-6 weeks out. I'm using 20mm bases with rats and numbers. | |

| What is our starting point as far as tiles and flags go? | |

| I already got some of the Mighty Empire tiles painted, but I guess I need to get back to work if we are starting in two weeks.
I guess no Old Republic for me tonight.

I figure we could do a "draft" style on 2/23. Roll off, pick in order from the highest. Initial flag will go on your HQ tile and then we take the first turn. Anyone who wants to play, but can't be there that night will just get forfeited for placement.

| I'm going to play. I had a blast last night playing with Dan's dwarfs. I'm putting in an order this week to get me some. | |

| I've updated to 1.1.
Changes: -noted when strategic redeployment happens -added special terrain features -added an option for terrain placement on "razed" tiles -changed how terrain is taken from opposing players -added an option to voluntarily retreat from a grudge.
Even though it's not in the rules pack, the following rules will also be in effect:
-All woods are mysterious woods
-Hills block line of sight. Any unit on a hill can see or be seen. A unit on a hill can draw LOS over a single story house. A unit on a hill cannot draw line of sight over a tower (it may be able to see around the tower, as normal).
Anyone interested in playing should be at TSE at 6:30 thursday. We can go over initial deployment and possible get 2-3 turns in as the first several should go quickly.

| Will we have to play any campaign games this Thursday, or will there be a first day suspension on battles? | |

Anyone who wants to can. Otherwise they have a week for games.

| Going to start a FAQ for everything that came up Thursday:
-What happens if someone invades a territory and I don't have a banner to defend it? It's lost.
-Do all of my lists have to come from the same army book? Yes.
-If I get a mine/city are those points added to my banners or can I re-do an entire banner? Those points are added to your existing banners. You cannot re-do an entire banner to rebuild at 2650. I understand this would make a 'better' list, however, it keeps you from having to start from scratch everytime a piece of territory with a points modifier changes hands.
-If I lose a mine/city are those points lost from my banners? Yes.
-Can I sack a player's home territory? At this point, no. I don't want this to be an elimination campaign.
Any other questions come up, feel free to post them here.
Thanks! | |

| Once I claim a third territory and acquire a new banner, can that banner make a move immediately or does it have to wait till next week? | |
