Eldar World Wide War 1750 -comment sought

Looks like I'll be missing the August 22nd tourney this month. So I am getting ready for the September World Wide War. Can you guys comment on this list?

It's a varient that I took from Patriot Games - what is dropped is the 6 Warlock Seer Council. I replaced it with a 10 model Banshee unit.

4 troops units for objective claiming, 3 of them small jetbike units for turbo boosting from reserves. The storm guardians sport 3 flamers for horde bashing.

The fire dragons and 3 TL bright lances are tasked with anti armor.

The 2 Farseers are a critical element for the scorps and the Banshees to work to their best. Critical since in the last tourney I was shut down for 3 straight turns but a measely psychic hood (!) the seer council got shredded in short order.

Mobility is the key here, to know when to run and when to stick it out.

Bad idea to drop the Seer Council? Too much points in farseers? One build that appears to be common now is taking Eldrad AND Yriel with a Seer Council to pretty significant effect. My worry is having so many points in one unit.

I think the Fire Dragons need a transport badly.

I would personally go 2*5 man FD units in transports, and drop either the Banshees or the Scorpions.
