Defiler: Out of Retirement

So, with Nids being what they are now, and Nobz still being a major pain in my figurative hind side, I've decided to return my Defiler to the battle field. I've heard the whole 2 Defilers or no Defiler thing to no end, but I only have 1 and I'd rather run 1 Defiler and 2x2 Oblits honestly. That said I'd like to get to the real question: 4 CCW or 3 CCW TL-HFlamer? The extra CCWs make him a beast in CC, but I also don't want to overlook the merits of the TL-HFlamer. In short I like both builds and can't decide so I'd like to hear your opinions on it so that I might be able to make this decision before it really matters. Keep in mind, the cost is the same either way.

I always vote for nothing but CCW since most people are happy to glance the 8/3 shot off it on the first turn and ignore it. If you keep a H-flame on it, then you're increasing the odds that people will keep putting fire on it.

People tend to forget about the CC defiler and then all of a sudden it's up in their grill, squishing their nobz.
