Htown 09/12/09 - WHFB [Cancelled]

Htown is wanting to get some interest started in WHFB so on the 12th they are having a tourney. Details so far:

1. 2000 points

2. No named characters

3. Painting is not required, but will be judged separately. Painting will not have an outcome on your overall score

4. Sportsmanship and comp will be graded 0-5 by your opponent after each match-up.

C'mon out and have some fun. I may brush off my Lizards for this one..

I should have that weekend off. If I do I will play. Will bring my Warriors of Chaos.

It's been a few days since I was last in the shop. But I only saw TWO names signed up for this tournament and mine was one of them.
Anyone see if more have signed up or heard if this is still going to happen?

I'm hoping to take part in it, but it relies on someone letting me borrow enough to get up to 2k. I thought i'd be able to play, but missing 5 days of hobby for Dragon*Con shot me in the foot.

I ended up sick with the flu bug this morning. Fever is gone and able to eat now, but won't be pushing around models today.
With football starting, will be playing more fantasy on Sat so I can stay home and watch my favorite team lose on Sunday.
