| So the models i'm using for my fiends came in the other day and I got them assembled, however, the game system they are designed for use a 40mm round w/ a lip. The size seems pretty close to a regular 40mm..does anyone think this would be an inappropriate base to use? Or would it look silly to have an army of round bases and 2 units on 40mm lipped?
The only reason i'm considering using the lipped bases is because they are tall, top heavy models and each has a tap that can take advantage of the slotta in the 40mm lipped.

| Would it look funny if you put some flock/sand or whatever to hide the lip a little if it is bothering you? Personally I don't see a problem with it. | |

| It would not look silly so long as all the models in a unit use the same base. If the lipped bases work then use them.
If you dont want to and the models are too off balance you can put bird shot in the bottom of the bases. It tends to balance them out very quickly.

| I went ahead and trimmed the tabs off and put them on 40mm. I think they turned out ok... | |

| Urban Mammoth
It's a bit pricey because of the UK + shipping, but I really wanted something besides spider body + deamonette.
I like them, they'd make good Raveners or Warriors for nids too.

| I like the Archangels as well. Might make good substitutes for Seraphim.
The rest is just a little to anime-ish for my taste.
