Hey, everyone!
Ford here for Hobbytown in Bentonville with an announcement!
Gaming is on!
Of course it's never left!
The game room may be gone, however Tuesday night gaming is still on and slowly picking up again! Hobbytown continues it's gaming night every Tuesday night starting at 5PM in the shop itself! We are open as always to games of Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40K, and will bring out tables and terrain to fill your gaming needs!
Warhammer not your thing, or you want something else to play? No problem! We are also running a D&D 4th ed session, and a ton of boardgames including the everpopular Munchkin! On top of that there will be other game demos, and maybe even something unexpected!
Want a place to run YOUR game or know someone who wants to share one? Tell them to bring it, and we will make space!
And now for the big announcement!
Hobbytown is working to open up a Friday game night before the end of November! That's right folks, the shop open late for gaming of all kinds! We are also setting up to begin Friday Night Magic as well! Pass the word on to your Magic player friends in the area that there will be a local venue. If we get enough interest, we will open up to other card games as well!
I personally will be running demos of a cool minis game called Dark Age, and want to encourage our Warhammer fantasy players to come out to play some games. I know a lot of us have armies, but really haven't played the game. No is your chance! Let's get together and learn the game guys!
When Friday night gaming opens up, you guys on the forum will be the first to know.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, or anything, feel free to reply here or PM me!
See you guys on Tuesday!
BTW don't forget the Turkey Shoot this Saturday, November 7th, and the Hobbytown Fall 40k Tournament next week on the 14th!
