Tyranids for BOLS CON

The idea here is that the Trygon is in front of everything. He is giving the raveners cover and is moving forward with them. My synapse is 18 inches on my MCs, so they probably wont outrun it, and even if they do they are charging the closest thing anyway. With that big threat coming at them, the rest of the army will be able to advance with ease. Or, they will leave the trygon/raveners alone and get their face kicked in turn 2. Deepstriking could also be an option, but im not sold on it.

With this list, I have a more threatening swarm with the HT and OA. The drawback to this list is that each tyrant only has one guard with it. My thoughts are that I will use the trygon as a screen as I advance. Same basic tactic as the last list.

This list is about getting in on people fast. It would rely pretty heavily on second turn assaults with genestealers and raveners. My main problem with this list is that I feel like it is going to be too soft and everything is going to get taken out easily. The raveners would be held back in my ranks until about mid board.



Right now I am leaning toward list 1 or 2. I really like the swarmlord, and giving a trygon preferred enemy seems pretty fun. I think the raveners are going to surprise a lot of people. Against someone who doesn't know the rules for beasts (myself prior to this), they are going to be ignored first turn.
