Storm of Magic Monsters!

STORM OF MAGIC MONSTERS LOOK LIKE EPIC WINS!!!!!!
So the monsters are a Dragon, a Manticore, a Cockatrice, and a Chimera They are all epic
I was wondering if anybody knew if these monsters can b in any army or if they are only in 3 or 4 armies
Like which of them can my Lizards use, cockatrice(i hope that is so epic), chimera, all of them?
Any way i am really excited about this and those monsters are epic, and again was just wondering
