played(or technically started) a game with my new lizardmen (my dad quit cause some of his executioners got massacred) we only played long enough for me to move some people and for him to dispel my first spell were the lizardmen a bad choice

Sounds fun. It will only get better the more you play and the more the rules become normal to you.

Lizardmen are not a bad choice, they will play very different from the High Elves however. The same tactics you have used with them may not work with Lizardmen.

Excutioners aren't bad, but they are squishy elves w/ great weapons. If you run Execs they need to be a minimum of 24 6x4. That, or waste a ton of points on a Hag BSB w/ Hag Graef to join them. I choose the former. I also choose Blackguard or Witch Elves over Execs, but that's just me.

yes! finally! Dad got himself a supreme sorceress and a hydra, and i got a stegadon for my lizards
