Just finished painting 2 of 6 Riders....I'll bring them by CHG tomorrow, as well as probally buy another box of them.

Also, I got that plaster, when can I come in and start molding?

Got 12 riders now assembled, 3 painted. I'm working on a list now for 500 points of skirmish, consisting of 12 riders and a rohan hero of some sort. I'll post it once I'm done so whomever wants to play me can

If you can put together a list for 250 then I'm a lot more likely to give you a game, because then I can use my uruk-hai. At 500 I'd have to use my Gondor force and assemble a model or two.

Today was a Q&A about games in general day for me. Usually don't have this many people all at once come in and ask me about playing games. (Around ten between noon and 3)

Then around 3 I received an emergency phone call so I had to leave for the day. Maybe Sunday I can come down and get some minis painted.

You seemed pretty swamped today when I came in, maybe sometime next week we can get started on that molding, and get some painting done

Here's my 250 Riders of Rohan list:

11 riders-4 spears, 4 bows, 3 handweapons: 181 points
Eomer on horse- 85 points

total- 253

It was really hard for me to find an exact value. The numbers seem harder to manipulate than 40k. If you cant get the extra 3, I can try and find a way to cut it down, or if you dont want me to take Eomer, I can always take a captain

While browsing the leftovers from a lost game store in Ft. Smith I came across a White Dwarf with a battle report on the re-enactment of Helms Deep. I think it was January or February of '03. It also had instructions on how to build the keep.

I would have picked it up, but nothing was priced and there was no air conditioning. I just didn't want it that bad.

I found a copy of that issue in an achieve on a site. Probally illegal to have it like that, but oh well...
