You guys hit the tournament scene often, so...which is the most commonly accepted ruling on Psycannons:

Assault 2 Rending
Heavy 4 Rending


or

Assault 2 (no rending)
Heavy 4 Rending

They both are rending. They are quite effective in 6th Ed.
