6th ed rules from a guy with the book - BoLS

So they posted a link on BoLS front page to one of their forum post by krittoris. Apparently he's received his copy of the BRB early and has taken the time to post up some of the rules from the book. He is also posting rules answers to people who ask in the thread.

intresting rule change i think is " Psychic Hood is reduced to 4+ Deny the Witch if the target of the power is within 6" of the wearer. " While giving psychers more teeth, they have nerfed SM libbies a bit it looks like.
