1850 Points
2 Hour Rounds
WYSIWYG
Paint Scoring - checklist +bonus for players choice
No comp - too easy to abuse
No sports - this is a small friendly tournament so this won't be an issue
Bonus points for getting list turned in by 10/8/2011
Bonus points for paying by 10/8/2011

Missions
All missions are six rounds minimum, turn seven on a 4+.

Prizes
Overall -

• Total of Generalship (Total of battle points)
  
• Painting (Bare Plastic 0, Primed 5, 3 colors 10, fully painted and based 15)
  
• Extra Points (10 points possible per game)
  
• Extra for turning in (5) and paying (5) early
  
• Surprise Event (10)

Best General - Total of Generalship points

Painting - Highest painting score as determined by player vote (You get full points for overall if you didn't paint your army, but you can't win best painting if you didn't paint your own army.)

Goodie Bags and Door Prizes - Everyone will be getting something

I have a question about the mission rules. Under "Objectives" it states:

* When determining if an objective is held or
contested, ignore all terrain/model heights

Can you clarify what that means?

Otherwise it looks good. I'm excited!

I have no idea what that means. It was in the Nova open scenarios. I think I will just delete that part since it isn't very intuitive.

The way i read that is that objectives have infinite high starting from the table surface. So placing objectives on the top floor of a building has no baring on where it is in the building. So fiends can contest these objectives, as well as nids and vehicles (ie flyers).

Yeah, I don't like that. If you put it on the top floor of a ruin you have to be withing 3" vertically of it. So within one floor of the objective.

So if I read it right, each mission has 5 fixed objectives, table quarters using VP, and KP for each mission. The missions change the weight of each victory condition and the deployment. What about game lengths for each mission?
