The one thing that came up in a game that wasn't on here:
Opponent suffers a Deep Strike mishap, rolls a 3. Can I place the unit within 12 inches of a unit with Warp Quake in play and make that unit suffer a second mishap roll? It does say this takes effect after "scatter". So would placing them on the board be the same as scattering to within 12 inches?
