Didn't want to copy the entire State of the Game message as the only real piece worth mentioning was about 2 new licenses being announced at GenCon this year.
But I did find this a few posts later...
There will not be a rotation of 5 point Shuriken Cards any time soon. We are very familiar with how rotation has worked in the past but for the following reasons, we will not be rotating until 2013 at the earliest:
1. STG used to release 2 sets at a time for every release. This sped up the rotation rate by double.
2. There was an entire year when the game was in lingo between FFG/Dead/Jasco Games.
3. Because of the current economy, we will only be releasing around 2.5-3 sets each year.
For these reasons, rotation is going to happen at least 2 times slower than it used to. Ideally we will have about 12 playable sets in standard at any given time, so there is no need to worry about your cards turning to a new format any time soon.

Which for those you who don't know, Jason the President of Jasco Games. Just a little insight as to which direction the game is heading. The 12 set thing is a little crazy.
