Say that I roll a "that lads got talent" on one of my henchmen. What hero does he become? If all of my hero slots are full, does he not become a hero, or does it extend my allowed number?

He stays as he is but you pick two skill families for him to take from that point on. No gang may never have more than 6 heroes
