War bands are starting to get large. Please double check the max number of members you can have in your specific band. I think helnors is over by two and bdix by one? You can stash extra equip and get gold back for the guy if you bought too many dudes.

Couple Items:

Do Hired Swords allow you to go over the warband total?

How are we doing experience on the Henchmen Groups? If the henchman group has 3 people in it and 5 exp, is that 5 exp or 15 exp? I'm good either way, but everyone needs to understand the difference in running Henchmen in groups and not in groups.

Hired swords do not count towards your max number of members.

War band is number of guys x 5 plus accumulated experience. If you have a group of 3 guys with 5 experience that henchman group is worth 30 on your war band rating.

Also remember large things (rat ogres) are 20 on war band rating.... Not the 5

using the halfling scout gives me +1 to my allowable warband total, which accounts for the first one, the other of my extra guys came from the "prisoners" rule on the explorations table, which states that "one of the members decides to join your warband."

also, as a rules clarification, i was under the impression that the number you fielded on your roster per battle was what was limited, not the actual number in your warband... allowing for the 16+ count
