| Brent, this is right up your alley. How do you go about representing models that arent created yet? | |

| Depends. What models do you want to make? I normally find something close and work outwards from there. | |

| Off the top of my head, Void Raven is the 2-man one. I'd take an Eldar Falcon, possibly some plasticard, split it down the middle and take out about a 1" strip to showcase the mine in the middle, and do a winged prow leading to the forward swept wings. I'd use Aether Sails that I didn't put on my Raiders or Ravagers to add a tail or two, and a lance from the Falcon in the middle for the heat lance.
I guessed on weapons, fwiw. I could sketch out roughly how I'd make it look.

| This might be a bit more than you were looking to spend, but seems like a good jumping off point. Eldar Hornet
As a side note the Nightwing looks almost exactly like the other flyer.

| Just bid on 5 completely striped hulls of falcons on ebay for like 2 dollars a peice. If I win them, I am going to plasticard them up and add some homemade weapontry to them.
EDIT- someone outbid me in the last hour and preceded to take the price up to 12 dollars for not even half the model. The model itself is on sale for around 25-30 NIB....someone is dumb

| I like the Cerberus as a khymera, I was actually looking at that model yesterday for exactly the same purpose. The Troll as a Fiend on the other hand I'm not so keen on. Just doesn't look like a beast enslaved by pirate slavers from space. What do you think of The Teraph from PP? It may be a bit big, but it's a light Warbeast so it shouldn't be too big... | |
