| Very nice indeed. I love this piece of terrain for 40k. Good LOS blocker. | |

| Very nice! I'm not too keen on the massive seams in the skulls though... | |

| Those seams are a PITA. I filed mine for an hour and ran plastic cement over to smooth it and they're still there along the edges in places. | |

| About the only thing that can be done with these seams is to build them up with green stuff, and hope you can sand out the slight bump your attempts at filling them will make.
Whatever is done to correct the seams will be noticeable to a certain degree.

| Yeah, those seams frustrated me, I didn't personally put this piece together or I would have done a ton of sanding and green stuffing, but like everyone else has said they still would have stood out. That said, I did file those down for a while before painting so they're already smaller than they started. | |

| One thing to note if you put this model together: the skulls are not interchangeable. They are oh so slightly different sizes so it helps to do some practice fittings until you get the right one in the right place. The seams will still be noticeable, but slightly less so, and the seams should be easier to cover up if you want to go to the effort of doing so. | |

In case you didn't notice and for further reference, they are numbered.

| I didn't get a chance to see; I believe that is Scottsman's piece.
I'll put together a store copy and see if it goes together better.
I have about 30 more years of modeling experience than Scottsman or Phoenix......

| I looked before assembling mine and didn't see any markings, but I probably just missed them. I didn't notice the slight difference in how it went together. The overlap when you assemble incorrectly is less than a millimeter, but it can still be noticeable. | |
