| Looking for a highly proxied game of 40k tomorrow night at the pig. Anyone interested? Monkey, I know you have been looking for a game.
1850 or 2000? I haven't paid attention to which direction everyone is drifting these days.

| I should be there, barring unforeseen issues. | |

| 1850 or 2k?
I'm going to try out CSM. So it will probably be a pretty rough game. I've also forgotten all of the 6th ed rules since we haven't played in awhile.

| I'm also going to be trying a chaos and Daemons list, so we'll struggle together.i think 2000. | |

| From what I saw this looked like an absolute meat grinder of a game. There were a ton of plague zombies on each side of the board and when they would hit something everything just stalled trying to grind their way through them.
I didn't catch who won, but I think both sides were very impressed with the zombies.

| My early prediction is that typhus becomes the Coteaz of CSM. | |

| Quick Rundown - Monkey beat me in what was a good close game, though neither of us are in "game shape" in 6th. I brought a CSM/necron list and he brought a CSM/deamon list with epidemus. We both fielded typhus and plague zombies in the 60ish range. Zombies were hard to get rid of. So hard that 30 man units might be overkill. I ran havocs with flakks and was let down by them. The helldrake is points better spent. Nurgle bikes worked well, but didn't have a lot of killing power. I'm thinking of trying korne ones next time. Monkey had some nurgle oblits that were pretty effective. T5 with 2 wounds is pretty stout.
That's a few thoughts from the match. I'll throw the next list I'm going to try up in the list section for feedback.

| It was a meat grinder.
The Heldrake is awesome at burning out entrenched foes. Torrent gives it the ability to touch anything on the board.
The zombies were very resilient, but they aren't killing anything without a combat character in there.
