Rant in E Minor

Second time I've got burned on eBay, well this time it wasn't quite so much a burn (definitely not like the Giant problem a while back). I won a Knight lot, 16 Knights. I had planned on using the torsos to make Exalted Heroes and Chosen for my tourney list. I'd even gotten started making the command group already while I waited. Well, today I get the package, and it's not the 16 Knights I was expecting - it's 28 Warriors (some partially assembled) and most on sprues.

I could always use more Warriors sure, but I wanted KNIGHTS. I paid for KNIGHTS. Not Warriors...

Anyhow, I already sent the dude an eMail about it, he doesn't offer returns. But, he's going to fix this...

Now to sleep I go, it's been a long 24 hours.

Okay, so here's what's happened lol. I gave the guy 24 hours to respond to my message about the missing Knights. He never did, so I checked the mail this morning and the package still hadn't arrived correctly. I went to eBay and reported it, and gave him a pretty abysmal rating for the transaction. A few minutes ago the Knights showed up...

However, that's not all of the story. The lot was supposed to be 16 Knights, with two being partially assembled. There were two partially assembled Knights and 2 boxes of Knights. Meaning, I got 12 Knights.

So, to recap...

For $50 plus $10 shipping, I got 30 Warriors and 12 Knights.

I'll take it.

The remainder of my Chosen unit will be assembled tonight, and I'll attach Halberds to the rest of my Warrior unit. Then I guess I gotta figure out wtf to do with all of these Warriors. Maybe I'll make a plate Horde after all...

I had a similar issue once. I bought 3 eldar venoms, and they sent me 3 eldar jet bikes. Mine never got resolved, so congrats.
