High elves painting

I have a lot of high elves(as some of u know) and really need to buckle down and paint
I would like to include purple and blue in their color scheme

Uh.

Prime white
wash the whole model with badab black for your shadows
drybrush with skull white to get the lighter color on the top level
wash the robes with blue or purple wash
do some detail work with the color you didn't use for the main robe color

sorry Jester post was kind of pointless(except capn's post about it)but I have hundreds of high elves and whenever i paint them(no matter the colors)they dont look anything the high elves on gamesworkshop(no i dont mean that great and detailed)
